About Us
NC Residential Home Service, LLC was founded in 2007 by Myriam Reulen, Licensed Real Estate Professional, and John Felice, Property Manager.
Myriam Reulen, born and raised in The Netherlands, married an American in 2001. She now works and lives in Hernando, Florida.
Her work-area is Citrus and Marion Counties, and this "Dutchie" is also selling, buying, and maintaining second homes and vacation and rental homes in Lakeside Golf & Country Club, a subdivision originally built by Dutch entrepreurs. She thinks of this fondly as her "Dutch Connection."
Myriam has more than 26 years of sales and executive services experience. She has worked for Daalderop BV, Dijker & Doornbos/De Boer en Van Keulen, Rijn-Waal Shipyards, Digital Equipment, Compaq Computer, Hewlett Packard in various sales and services position. Her last position before immigrating to the United States was Service Account Management for the Stock Exchange in Amsterdam, Banks, Credit Card companies and Insurance companies in The Netherlands.
Since residing in the USA, Myriam has used her skills and experience in the Real Estate Profession. She is dedicated and highly motivated with a significant loyalty to her company and her customers.
"Say what you do and do what you say" is her motto, and you can expect only the best from her.
NC Residential Home Service, LLC is opgericht in 2007 door Myriam Reulen, Beeidigd Makelaars-agente en John F. Felice, Property Manager.
Myriam Reulen, Nederlandse en sinds 2001 getrouwd met een Amerikaan en nu werk- en woonachtig in Hernando, Florida. Haar werkgebied is Citrus en Marion County en de "Nederlandse Connectie" is ook het kopen en verkopen van (tweede) huizen, vakantie- en/of huurhuizen van Nederlanders in Lakeside Golf & Country Club in Inverness, Florida. Deze huizen zijn oorspronkelijk gebouwd door ValkUSA, een tak van Van der Valk BV in Nederland.
Myriam heeft meer dan 26 jaar ervaring in Sales en Services. Ze heeft deze ervaring opgedaan bij o.a. Daalderop BV, Dijker & Doornbos/De Boer en Van Keulen, Rijn-Waal Shipyards, Digital Equipment, Compaq Computer, Hewlett Packard etc. Haar laatste baan was Account Services Manager voor de Amsterdamse Beurs, een aantal grote banken, Interpay, en Verzekeringsmaatschappijen in Nederland.
Sinds haar komst in de USA is Myriam werkzaam in de Makelaardij als Gecertificeerd Makelaars-agente. Toegewijd, gemotiveerd en erg loyaal zijn haar sterke kanten.
"Zeg wat je doet en doe wat je zegt" is haar motto en je kan alleen maar het beste van haar verwachten.
